@weighlesswith_jess ✨ 30 DAYS OF WINTER WARMERS ✨ DAY THREE: One Pan Chicken, Bacon & Boursin Orzo So for day 3 of the winter warmer series it is the easiest, cosiest and most comforting orzo recipe I’ve ever posted – one full of chicken, bacon and delicioussss Boursin 😮‍💨 All made in under 30 minutes and in only one pan? Lovelies you HAVE to try this one, it was just a big hug in a bowl 🥹 📌 SAVE SAVE SAVE to give it a go 🥰 📍 Serves 4 📍 520 Calories & 37.8g Protein ✨ 400g Chicken Breast, diced ✨ 75g Bacon Lardons ✨ 2 cloves of Garlic, crushed ✨ 1 Onion, diced ✨ 750ml of Chicken Stock ✨ 250g Orzo, dry weight ✨ 1 x packet of Boursin (150g) – To start add your bacon to a pan and allow to cook over a high heat for around 5 minutes, or until crisp and the fat has rendered out. – Add in your onions and allow to cook for another few minutes before adding in your chicken and cooking for around 5 minutes until browned. Add in your garlic and cook for 2 more minutes until fragrant. – Add in your orzo, mix well then pour in your stock and bring to a simmer; pop on the lid and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is tender. – Remove the pan from the heat, add in your Boursin cheese and stir until you have a silky sauce. Woensdag: ovenschotel met gnocci, broccoli en spekjes

@weighlesswith_jess ✨ 30 DAYS OF WINTER WARMERS ✨   Day 7: Creamy Bacon & Broccoli Gnocchi   Okay so Lovelies this is without a shadow of a doubt the cosiest recipe I’ve ever shared; it is a true HUG IN A BOWL 😍 Creamy, Cheesy Gnocchi with roasted Broccoli and Bacon…😮‍💨 All made in one pan, with zero fuss, so it’s the perfect midweek meal 🫶🏼   I got the inspo for this from this a recipe by the AMAZING @Sarah – Taming Twins , so full credit must go to her, and Lovelies you haveeee to try this 😍   📌 SAVE SAVE SAVE to give it a go ❤   📍Serves 3 📍 529 Calories & 31.5g Protein   ✨ 300g Broccoli, cut into really small pieces ✨ 8 Bacon Medallions, chopped ✨ 400g Gnocchi ✨ 1 Onion, finely diced ✨ 250ml semi skimmed Milk ✨ 60g Parmesan, grates ✨ 20g Cornflour ✨ 60g Crème Fraiche ✨ 1tbsp Garlic Granules + dried Thyme   – Add your Onions, Bacon and Broccoli to a large baking dish, then spray well with some cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Give it a mix then bake at 190c for 10 mins.   – After 10 minutes add in your gnocchi, spray with a little more oil and mix together, then pop back into the oven for another 10 minutes.   – While it’s in the oven, add your cornflour to a jug and pour in just enough of the milk to make a smooth paste in a small bowl. Add in your crème fraiche, mix well then pour in the remaining milk, along with your thyme, garlic granules, 40g of you parmesan and a hefty pinch of salt and pepper.   – Stir until you have a super smooth sauce, then pour over the gnocchi/broccoli & bacon mix, top with your remaining parmesan then bake for a further 15 minutes until golden, bubbling and delicious. And that is literally it!
