Recipe & Tips: Pancake Recipe 1 large egg 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 teaspoons baking powder 14 teaspoon salt My tips are: keep your heat low to prevent burning, and ONLY use metal cookie cutters. Be sure to spray your cookie cutters or the pancake batter will stick! Wair until you see some bubbles form on top of the batter before flipping or there will be spillage. Let the pancakes cool a little before removing from molds. Once removed, sprinkle on powdered sugar. Enjoy!
