C’est au numéro 15 de la Rue Neuve que l’enseigne américaine Forever 21 ouvrira son premier magasin en Belgique. Flair y était hier soir en avant-première pour shopper tranquillement de 19h à 21h. Les fashionistas qui connaissent déjà la marque risquent de faire la file à l’ouverture officielle demain matin.
